A visit to the Illinois Illini equipment room...

On the way to Michigan (by way of Columbus and Cincinnati), we stopped by Memorial Stadium in Champaign for a few pictures.  We were invited on an ad hoc tour of the football offices byb a football staff member, and an inspection of the equipment room by the very kind and gracious Trent Chesnut, head football equipment guru.  Of course, I had to snap a few shots.  As a huge B1G and game used equipment nut, it was an out of body experience for me, and even fun for my fiancée.  Every equipment guy I've ever known has collected other team's helmets, and the guys at Illinois have nice a nice job over the past number of seasons picking up a gamer here and there.  Thanks for the awesome experience Illini staff!
